Salary: The salary range for this position is CAD $45.46 - $65.35 / hour
Job Summary: We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a Project Leader, Long Term Care Services to join our team located in Surrey, BC.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related discipline with coursework in administration/leadership, management, and/or systems.
- Five years' experience in a management or senior planner role in a health care organization including project management experience implementing strategic initiatives, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

The Project Leader, Long Term Care Services leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of sustainable improvement initiatives and delivery systems related to Fraser Health Long Term Care Services.
The focus will beto strengthen an integrated and coordinated system of service delivery by planning, guiding, supporting and assisting with implementation of initiatives, system project management, information monitoring and analyzing and evaluating the activities and initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinating Advisory Groups, Working Groups, Project Teams and Committees; providing research on topic areas, serving as a central contact/resource person for Fraser Health in relation to the projects and in the management of issues; liaising with various committees/representatives; coordinating and managing the projects within the project management framework, including required documentation and communication/issues management; evaluating and monitoring of the projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related discipline with coursework in administration/leadership, management, and/or systems, plus five years' experience in a management or senior planner role in a health care organization including project management experience implementing strategic initiatives, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid BC Driver's Licence with access to a vehicle.
