We are expanding our brokerage and seeking motivated, professional mortgage brokers to join our team.

As a Mortgage Broker at Dreamloan Mortgages Inc., you will:

• Advise clients on residential, commercial, private, and reverse mortgage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
• Collect and review client documentation, ensuring compliance with BCFSA regulations.
• Negotiate mortgage terms with lenders to secure the best possible solutions for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Actively market your services through networking, events, and digital platforms.
• Stay updated on lending guidelines, interest rates, and mortgage products.

• Mortgage Brokerage course completion or in progress (UBC Sauder or equivalent).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of the mortgage process (training provided).

• Valid Sub-Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Broker license in BC.
• Proven track record in closing residential and/or commercial mortgages.
• Established network of clients or referral sources.
• In-depth knowledge of lender products and underwriting criteria.
