Our team of 80 is growing rapidly and we have full-time positions available for a Residential Mortgage Broker at our Surrey office. Our Residential Mortgage Brokers receive full support from our 8 in‑house Commercial Brokers, experienced 12‑member Leadership team and in‑house Residential Underwriter.

Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Residential Mortgage Broker based in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will assist clients in securing residential mortgages by assessing financial information, providing tailored solutions, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on various mortgage products, helping clients consolidate debts, and collaborating with lenders to secure favorable terms.

Part of the role can be performed remotely, with flexibility for work‑from‑home arrangements. Face‑to‑face client meetings at the office or external locations will also be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgage Brokerage, Mortgage Marketing, and understanding of lending processes
• Strong knowledge of Debt Consolidation strategies
• Experience in Finance, including financial analysis and budgeting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients effectively
• Relevant certifications or licenses as per industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Previous experience in residential mortgages or real estate is an asset
