As a central division of the Society, Regent Christian Academy (RCA) is our flagship campus‑based school, serving the community through our Sullivan and Cloverdale campuses in Surrey, BC. We bring the RCAS mission to life through a vibrant, in‑person learning community where students from Preschool through Grade 12 engage in rigorous academics, competitive athletics, and the fine arts. At RCA, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where classroom excellence and spiritual mentorship prepare students to lead and serve with integrity.

• Lead HS Theatre Production courses, providing hands‑on training in sound and lighting systems.
• Oversee the technical hierarchy of school productions, including set design, stage management, and marketing.
• Contribute technically and creatively to the Drama and Chapel programs, ensuring productions reflect our Biblical mission.
• Work closely with the High School Vice‑Principal and staff to foster a nurturing environment for students and families.
• Bring an innovative mindset to elevate the reputation and quality of RCA’s performing arts department.

• Must hold a valid BC teaching certificate (or another Canadian provincial equivalent).
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.
• Hands‑on understanding of sound/light equipment and production systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire youth and collaborate with adults.

• Proven track record in set design, production management, or stage management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts of a production schedule.

Pay CA$$22,000 – $30,000 annually (Based on training and experience)
