About the RoleMirage Screen Systems is looking for a motivated and organized Lead Handler to join our team for the summer season. This role is a key part of our customer journey, acting as the connection between consumers interested in Mirage products and our network of authorized dealers. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are handled efficiently and that customers receive a positive, professional experience from first contact to dealer follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with consumers via phone and email to connect them with a qualified installer in their area.
- Work alongside the marketing team and other Lead Handlers to improve the overall consumer experience and ensure leads are properly followed up.
- Communicate with dealers by phone and email to hand off leads and confirm whether consumer inquiries have been contacted.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM based on dealer activity and lead status.
- Communicate with the sales team regarding dealer issues, concerns, or lead handling challenges.
- Monitor Simple Texting campaigns to track dealer responses to consumer leads and follow up as needed.
- Help Marketing team monitor Google Ads campaigns we run for our dealers and reporting
- Miscellaneous marketing tasks where needed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating professionally with consumers and dealers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM systems (training provided).
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Hands-on experience in marketing, sales support, and customer experience.
- A supportive, collaborative in-office team environment.
- Valuable exposure to CRM systems and lead management processes.
