Member Service Specialist (On Site) - Part Time

• Greet customers, establish rapport, address service inquiries and customer concerns, and seek opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Proactively demonstrate our value proposition, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Refer customers to other team members and business partners as needed, collaborating to ensure a seamless and rewarding customer experience.
• Handle member personal banking needs through discovery conversations and open new products such as personal and business profiles, term deposits, and other banking products and services.
• Provide back‑up support for other team members to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and maintain an accurate history of sales and service activity on the customer relationship management system.
• Support and participate in community initiatives.

• Previous banking, credit union or advisory sales experience with a strong interest in developing your financial services career.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Capacity and passion for learning, strong team orientation, and a keenness to help others.
• Skilled in computer systems and processes.
