Cake Decorator

Brighter Staffing Agency is excited to partner with one of our valued clients a well-established, high-volume bakery known for its creativity, quality, and community love. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cake Decorator to join their dynamic team!

As a Cake Decorator, you'll be responsible for designing and decorating cakes for various occasions, from elegant wedding creations to fun birthday designs. Your artistic flair and attention to detail will help bring clients visions to lifeone cake at a time.

• Decorate cakes using piping, fondant, edible decorations, airbrushing, and more
• Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure timely production of custom orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety standards
• Meet design specifications and customer expectations with creativity and precision
• Assist with general baking or prep work as needed (optional, depending on experience)

• You have at least 1-2 years of cake decorating experience (custom cakes, fondant, tiered cakes, etc.)
• You are passionate about baking and artistic presentation
• You work well under pressure and manage time efficiently
• You have a strong eye for detail and design
• Youre friendly, dependable, and a true team player

• Formal pastry or culinary training
• Experience with themed/event cakes or sculpted cake designs
• A portfolio of past work to showcase your skills

Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience
