Job duties:

• Coordinate the process/function of taking premium photos, recording cinematic videos, making 3D virtual tours, floor plans, drone/aerial shots, virtual staging, and 3D renders, and social mediateasers.
• Select and set up camera and video equipment, such as lens, filters and film magazine to beused.
• Adjust focus, exposure, lighting and other camera settings.
• Operate film camera, video camera, and drone equipment.
• Label and record contents of film and video footage, and complete report sheets.
• Test, maintain, and store film, video, and drone equipment.
• Operate unmanned aerial vehicle/drone to capture aerial films of real estate subjects.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
• Market to and liaise with real estate agencies, which use our photography, videography, staging and social media consultancy services.

Terms of employment:
Permanent and full-time.

Wage: $38.03 per hour.

Skills requirements:

Required education:

• College diploma.

Required work experience and skills:

• Significant knowledge of and work experience with
  • photography and videography.
  • operating aerial drones and capturing photosand videos using a drone.
• Substantial expertise in editing videos.
• Substantial knowledge of digital marketing tools such as search engine optimization, as well as Facebook ads and other social media marketing tools.
• Substantial business development experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Able to work well either alone or as part of a team.
• Managerial or supervisory experience is an asset.
