Overview

The Sr. Club, International and Emerging Analyst (aka Sr. Sales Analyst) is accountable for the development of the Nature’s Path Brands within the Club, International & Emerging Channels. You will be providing analysis and demand forecasting support to build revenues, and increase market share profitably. This is a one year contract and a remote opportunity within BC or Alberta.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and implementation of a business plan and sales strategy for your assigned accounts to ensure attainment of company sales and spend goals and objectives.
  • Managing the internal sales and spend tracking system to identify actual versus objective and creating action plans to address any gaps in conjunction with RSMs.
  • Manage all activities related to Sales Performance System for the CIE channel.
  • Leveraging consumer and Costco IRI data in fact-based selling to provide value to customer and to ensure retail perception of Nature’s Path being an expert in the Organic category.
  • Conduct postmortem analysis for all promotional and rotational activities.
  • In conjunction with RSMs and AVP manage the bi-weekly and monthly forecasts, providing knowledgeable insights to the team based on consumption.
  • Working with the RSMs to create and manage promotional calendars, budgets, and activities for CIE accounts.
  • Co-partner in the annual business planning process.
  • Co- partner with RSMs to ensure equal spend across regions for like for like items.
Demand Forecast Management
  • Lead and partner with the RSMs the demand signal by conducting monthly meetings to understand baseline & incremental forecasts.
  • Partner with RSM to understand the risks and opportunities impacting demand.
  • Manage the demand system by partnering with the RSM as related to promotional, incremental and rotational activities.
  • Liaising with cross functional partners (Supply Chain, Inside Sales and Logistics) to ensure key metrics such as fill rate and OTIF (on time and in full) are achieved.
  • Identifying gaps in processes or external issues impacting key metrics and implement solutions for prompt resolution.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree and/or diploma in a related discipline preferred; ideally in business, sales and/or marketing management
  • Min. 3 years CPG, Retail or other relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with replenishment objectives and key metrics and leveraging customer data to build an internal forecast.
  • Background in broker network, distributor and/or retail sales.
  • A demonstrated ability in key software applications such as EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word, and Retailer portals.

  • This is a one-year contract covering a maternity leave
  • This is a remote (within Canada) opportunity with preference on West Coast candidates
  • This role will pay between $75,000 - $95,000
