Position: Finance Business Process Analyst - 12 months contract
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, business process analysis, or a related area.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration or a related field.Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of system capabilities and configurations. ERP implementation is an asset.Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and productivity tools (Excel, Tableau, Workday, etc.).Experience with data analysis and performance measurement (KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools).Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma); certification is an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments and levels.Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) and work flexible hours when required.
