Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior, experienced National Account Manager to lead outbound sales and land large-scale fleet graphics contracts across North America. This is a hunter role —heavily outbound-focused, targeting mid-to-large fleets. You’ll own the full cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing national accounts.

You’ll report directly to VP, National Sales and work closely with our in-house design, production, and installation teams to deliver seamless proposals and execution. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact position for someone who has already proven they can consistently close six-figure deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect & Hunt :
    Build and execute a daily outbound strategy (targeted touches/day via email, phone, Linked In, etc) to identify and engage decision-makers with growing fleets and a need for graphics.
  • Land National Accounts :
    Own the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed contract. Target annual contract values of $100k–$1M+ per account.
  • Qualify & Pitch :
    Conduct discovery calls to uncover fleet pain points (downtime, branding ROI, logistics management, installation challenges, pricing, etc) and present tailored solutions that provide value and trust.
  • Close & Negotiate :
    Drive proposals, pricing, and terms to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams on mock-ups, logistics plans, and production schedules.
  • Pipeline Management :
    Maintain accurate CRM records (Apollo + Zoho) and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience : 5+ years of successful B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing national or large regional accounts. Preferred experience in fleet services, vehicle graphics/wraps, signage, advertising, logistics, or related industries.
  • Hunter Mindset :
    Comfortable with heavy outbound (cold calling, emailing, Linked In outreach) and high-volume prospecting.
  • Track Record :
    Consistent history of meeting/exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in complex B2B sales.
  • Industry Knowledge :
    Familiarity with fleet operations, vehicle branding, 3M/Avery materials, or commercial graphics is a strong plus.
  • Skills :
    Excellent communication (phone, email, virtual/in-person), strong negotiation, CRM proficiency (Apollo/Zoho experience a bonus), and ability to build trust quickly with senior decision-makers.
  • Location :
    Remote or hybrid (Surrey, BC office available). Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, or trade shows.
  • Commissions :
    Uncapped – 8% on all completed sales
