Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Learning Associate, Talent Development for a contract opportunity. This role supports high-volume, fast-paced talent initiatives and works closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

This position requires a highly organized, self-driven professional who can operate independently while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Manage high volumes of work and concurrent tasks across multiple stakeholders
• Work independently with minimal direction while responding effectively to urgent issues and deadlines
• Build subject matter expertise across a broad range of business and Talent Development strategies
• Develop project/work plans and coordinate delivery of initiatives across business lines
• Manage workload effectively within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Analyze information and provide well-formulated solutions to problems and issues
• Build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Communicate complex information clearly and effectively at all organizational levels
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials

• Bilingual
• Proficiency in Excel/comfortable with formulas
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to build executive-level presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
