Product Manager - Bearing and Power Transmission

• Participate in overall product strategy and development requirements to grow sales.
• Manage marketing, communication and sales programs with key vendors and suppliers.
• Participate in inventory turnover, reductions, and availability working with the asset management team.
• Preferred Vendor Buy Program strategy and utilization in conjunction with procurement team.
• Influence product pricing by utilizing market research, Strategic Account data, and SC participation. From this data anticipate volume and facilitate costing of special and customized orders.
• Establish single point of contact with key vendors.

• 5 – 10 years of Bearing, Power Transmission and Material Handling experience, or product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sales, marketing related fields or any equivalent related technical degree.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated decision making and leadership abilities.
• Ability to influence others in a positive manner.
• Well organized with attention to details.
• Analytical and problem solving capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region.
• Bilingual in English/French is an asset.
