Automotive Finance Manager

We are a used car dealership operating as part of an established auto group and are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Business Manager. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional looking for flexible hours while remaining active in the automotive industry.

• Manage and process deal paperwork from start to finish
• Ensure all deals meet provincial compliance and disclosure requirements
• Work with lenders, insurers, and registration services
• Support sales staff with accurate deal structuring
• Monitor funding, resolve funding issues, and ensure timely payouts
• Maintain dealership and auto group standards for documentation and compliance
• Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements

• 3+ years experience as a Business Manager or Finance Manager in an automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle transactions
• Proven understanding of compliance and lender requirements
• Experience working within an auto group is an asset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
