Full Cycle Bookkeeper/Intermediate Accountant | Cloverdale, Surrey

Full-Time | In-Office

A well-established, community-focused non-profit organization in the Cloverdale is seeking a Full Cycle Bookkeeper/Intermediate Accountant to join its small accounting team. This organization supports a network of branches across the province and operates within a structured, team-oriented environment.

This is a stable opportunity reporting directly to the Controller, ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle accounting and wants meaningful flexibility in their work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process weekly vendor payments and expense reports
  • Process purchase orders, prepare sales invoices, and monitor inventory levels
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, trial balances, and working papers
  • Perform inter-fund and inter-organization reconciliations
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation
  • Prepare quarterly financial and statistical reports
  • Support inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Deliver occasional financial workshops as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Controller
