About the Opportunity   Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, AR, AP, payroll, and month-end close.
Responsible for the timely month end and year-end close process, including preparation of financial statements for the corporate office; including monthly statements, year-end closing documentation, and various reports.
Maintain and enhance product costing models in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
Perform variance analysis (labor, materials, overhead) and communicate findings to management.
Prepare cash position, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and capital project tracking.
Partner with operations to support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Manage reporting tools within Epicor Kinetic ERP, ensuring reliable financial and operational insights.
Supervise and develop a small accounting support team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Review costs of manufacturing, overhead and G&A expense analysis, and provide recommendation for overhead absorption rates and cost management initiatives.
Participates in the annual strategic goal setting
Facilities and completes corporate requests and audits.
May perform other tasks as deemed appropriate
About You   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA or CMA designation preferred
Overall 5 to 10 years experience in Accounting with a minimum of 3+ years in cost accounting or plant controllership roles
Salary Range  $115,000 - $125,000/year
