Position OverviewWe’re hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service at Elanto at Prasada in Surprise, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five‑star service that makes Mark‑Taylor communities feel like home.

- Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances and OSHA‑related standards.
- At least 1 year working as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor or similar title in the multi‑family industry.
- One or more industry‑specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
- Service orientation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Three or more years’ experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make‑Ready Technician or Work Order Technician.
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
- Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
- Oversee and execute hands‑on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
- Perform consistent inspections, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
- Manage the daily inventory of apartment homes in order to support leasing efforts, including managing the Make‑Ready and Turn board.
- Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
- Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazards.
- Share rotating on‑call duty with service team members and be readily available to go to the property after hours if needed, in uniform/badge.
- Complete the weekly service report in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Mark‑Taylor safety protocols, programs, policies and procedures.
- Participate in training classes.
- Train and mentor Service Technicians and Facilities Technicians.
- Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make‑ready and turn units.
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive rapport with all residents and team members.
- Oversee capital projects, bidding and execution.

Salary Description
$31.00/hr + $3.00/hr on‑call incentive + bonuses
