Job Description
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Insulated Metal Panel to join our team in Surprise, AZ. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Installation:
Measuring, cutting, fitting IMPs and associated trim for walls, standing seam roofs, and single skin interior sheathing.
* Blueprint Reading:
Interpreting drawings, specifications, and measurements for accurate installation.
* Material Handler:
Unpacking, managing, and preparing materials like panels, fasteners, and sealants.
* Assembly:
Securing panels using appropriate systems (rivets, screws, adhesives) and ensuring proper alignment. Caulking experience and experience with watertight warranty installations a plus.
* Safety Compliance:
Following all safety guidelines, attending meetings, and using safety equipment (especially at heights).
Key Skills &
Qualifications:
* Experience in Architectural Metal +4 yrs
* Experience with industrial/commercial construction and insulated panel systems.
* Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and use various hand/power tools to assist the team in high quality watertight metal panel systems.
* Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work at heights.
* Teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
* Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.
* Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Forklift and aerial lift operator experience required
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
* Good Communication Skills
