Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Overview

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, wash rooms, and removing trash.

• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Keep work area clean and neat.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job specifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Apprenticeship program preferred. Less than 1 year previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.

Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to walk, stand, and bend.

06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel Toe Boots/Shoes
