Night Guest Attendant – Liv Away Suites, Surprise, AZ
Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests. This position primarily involves working independently during the overnight shift.

- Property Inspections:
Conduct regular night inspections, ensuring safety and security. - Guest Services:
Assist with after‑hours check‑ins and check‑outs, providing excellent customer service. - Laundry Duties:
Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area. - Cleaning & Maintenance:
Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock and distribute supplies; perform room preps as needed. - Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency protocols and ensure security needs are met. - Other Duties as Assigned.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel operations preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive in addressing and resolving issues.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
