This opportunity is only for RNs who are enrolled in and actively completing a Refresher RN program, potentially as directed by a Board of Nursing.
RN Refresher Preceptorship
This Preceptorship provides RNs with a collaborative learning environment to redevelop nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for the RN Refresher Program. Clinical hours must be completed according to the guidelines of the enrolled program. The successful candidate will complete precepted shifts at a Banner Health facility, supported by unit staff and educators. Unit preferences will be considered to help achieve your nursing career goals.

This opportunity is only for RNs actively enrolled in a Refresher RN program, potentially as directed by a Board of Nursing. RNs who complete this Preceptorship may be considered for a full-time RN position at Banner Health upon completion of clinical requirements.
Requirements:
- Enrollment in a refresher program with the Board of Nursing
- Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain before program start
- BSN preferred
- Reside in a state with a Banner Health facility
