Job Description
Action Behavior Centers is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, play-based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment that truly values your skills, experience, and growth.
Clinic Information- Location:
Paloma Creek Bridge/Crossroads - Schedule:
Monday - Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm). May volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs. - Position Type:

Pay rates are determined by education and ABA experience.
- High School/Associate’s Degree: $17–$23.50 per hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: $18–$25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $19–$27 per hour
- Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
- Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
- Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
- Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
- Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- RBT exam already passed.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma.
- Can lift up to 30 pounds.
- Can sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
- Can get on and off the floor frequently.
- Can maintain an active pace throughout the day.
- Can keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- Takes consistent attendance and punctuality seriously.
- Committed to ABC’s core value of teamwork and may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if needed.
