We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being. Your expertise in medication administration

- Medication Administration Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans.
- Daily Living Assistance Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
- Health Monitoring Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Personalized Care Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
- Emotional Support Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
- Safety & Cleanliness Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.
- Emergency Response Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or Med Tech Certification.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
- Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism.
