Home care agency seeks experienced caregiver/home care aide to provide companionship, personal care (grooming, bathing, toileting, incontinence), meal prep and light housekeeping for clients in Surprise and Central Phoenix. Position offers $16–$18/hour with weekly pay, benefits eligibility, paid training, mileage reimbursement, referral bonus, paid holidays and 401(k) match; requires minimum 6 months paid non-family caregiving experience or certification (CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, RN).

Candidates must work at least two weekly shifts with the same client, meet basic English skills, and complete applicable compliance/licensing requirements.

  Monday early morning;

• Central Phoenix – Thursday late morning;
  Monday evening

• $16.00-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
