Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
Location: Surprise, Arizona

Setting: Onsite | Single-Site Outpatient Orthopedics

Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Monthly Productivity Bonus: $500 – $2,000
- Sign-On / Relocation Incentive: $15,000 – $20,000 for eligible candidates

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a respected outpatient orthopedic clinic in Surprise, AZ. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for both seasoned clinicians and new graduates who want to grow in a progressive, team-oriented environment

- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Monitor clinical progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with PTAs, referring physicians, and multidisciplinary care partners
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and compliance standards
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree required;
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred - Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, orthopedic-focused rehabilitation
