Vaco has partnered with a growing company to hire their next CFO. This role provides broad leadership over all financial and accounting operations, from strategic planning to daily execution, while guiding the organization through continued growth. You will oversee core finance functions, strengthen controls, and influence key initiatives across the business. If this aligns with your experience, we encourage you to apply.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling for the organization.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow management.

Support strategic direction by evaluating performance, assessing risks, and guiding key initiatives.

Manage capital needs, banking relationships, and funding decisions to support growth.

Ensure strong controls and compliance while developing the finance team and improving processes.

CPA required

Real Estate experience preferred

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
