SUMMARYIncumbents plan, implement, and coordinates programs and special events, supervise facilities or speci?c programs or activities, and are responsible for customer services, problem solving, leading programs or activities. Incumbents also delegate duties to positions within the assigned chain of command and may register and take payment from participants if needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service, cash handling, or other related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.

SELECTION PROCESSApplicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview.
