Special Education Teacher; SY

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in Surprise, AZ and the surrounding West Valley area. Join a supportive school community where your expertise helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Location: Surprise, AZ (positions also available in Peoria, Glendale, and Phoenix)
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours per week
• Calendar: Follows the school district schedule (weekends and holidays off!)
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year
• Weekly Pay: $2,000 -$2,800 (depending on location)

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet students’ diverse learning needs
• Deliver engaging lessons and data-driven interventions
• Maintain consistent communication with families and staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Track and document student progress in compliance with state and district standards
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
• Participate in professional growth and development opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree in relation to Special Education from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with Special Education EC–12 Certification (required).
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license (required for school travel if applicable)
• At least one year of experience teaching students with various disabilities (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
