Concierge

Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club, a new Nicklaus Design Semi‑Private Club in Surprise, AZ, seeks a Concierge to welcome guests at eight stay‑and‑play cottages, helping them experience the community and Club lifestyle.

Ideal working hours: Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a local information source for guests.
• Provide information about resort events and surrounding area.
• Maintain brochure rack supplies, keeping them clean and organized.
• Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assist guests with services: making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, booking or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns, make suggestions and identify possible solutions.
• Follow safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications:
