Automotive Express Lube Technician

Join the team at Sands KIA as an Automotive Express Lube Technician in Surprise, AZ. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services designed to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. You will work efficiently to provide quick and reliable oil changes and other fluid services while ensuring a positive customer experience. This is entry level into the shop with the opportunity to grow for the right individual with a desire to be a full line technician.

• Perform express lube services, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs, and tire pressure checks
• Inspect vehicles for potential mechanical problems and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards
• Provide professional and courteous service while assisting customers with their vehicle needs
• Follow company policies and procedures for quality control and environmental compliance

• Prior experience in automotive maintenance or express lube services preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
