Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team in Surprise, AZ. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the senior living or multi-family industry who is looking to make a meaningful impact while leading a talented team. The Accounting Manager will have oversight over core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to drive organizational success.

This position is 100% in-office.

• Lead and mentor a team of four accountants.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and strategic decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in senior living or multi-family property accounting is required.

Required Work Hours

Work hours are typical business hours, Monday through Friday, in-office.

This supervisory position offers a competitive pay range, with a minimum of $44.71 per hour and a maximum of $52.88 per hour.
