Role Description

We are seeking a Logistics Officer for a full-time, on-site role at our Surat location. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the supply chain and transportation operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Tasks also include coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, monitoring storage and warehousing procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements.

The Logistics Officer will play a critical role in optimizing operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Logistics and supply chain management skills, including inventory control and warehouse operations
Proficiency in planning and coordinating transportation and delivery processes
Strong analytical and organizational abilities to optimize logistics functions
Communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors and stakeholders
Familiarity with logistics software and technology
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety compliance
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles is preferred
