Agronomist

We are looking for a knowledgeable  Agronomist  to provide expertise in crop production, soil management, and sustainable farming practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with farmers and internal teams to improve crop yield, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Advise farmers and clients on crop cultivation techniques and best practices.
Conduct soil testing and recommend appropriate fertilizers and soil amendments.
Monitor crop growth, detect pests or diseases, and suggest corrective measures.
Develop and implement crop management plans for optimum yield.
Stay updated on latest agricultural technologies and innovations.
Conduct field visits and training sessions for farmers and farm workers.
Prepare reports and maintain records of crop performance, soil conditions, and field activities.
Collaborate with research and development teams for new product trials.
