Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Manager role based in Surat. The Jewelry Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, focusing on effective store management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, driving sales growth, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team and providing expert product knowledge will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Product Knowledge and Sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Experience in Store Management, with expertise in overseeing staff, inventory, and daily operations.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations and high standards for the store's presentation.
Ability to work independently, lead a dynamic team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in the jewelry or diamond industry is preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology utilized in retail or diamond-related businesses is advantageous.
