Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surat. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee online store management, execute e-commerce strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales, and monitor website performance. Responsibilities include analyzing customer behaviors, optimizing listings, handling customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team, and implementing strategies to grow and engage the customer base.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to track, interpret, and act on performance data
Excellent Customer Service abilities to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience
Effective Communication skills for collaboration and customer engagement
Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and processes, with a goal of improving online sales
Understanding of Sales principles and strategies to maximize revenue
Proficiency in e-commerce tools, data analysis software, and order management systems
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience or interest in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus
