Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Barista role based in Surat. The Jr. Barista will prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, assist in food preparation, and ensure high-quality service to customers. Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, operating equipment, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Barista tasks and basic Food Preparation
Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Customer Service skills with a focus on providing a positive guest experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive attitude
Prior experience in a café or food service setting is a plus
A passion for coffee and providing excellent hospitality
