Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Barista role located in Surat. The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace. Additional duties include engaging with customers, ensuring a welcoming environment, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will require collaboration with team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold the high standards of Kikko Cafe.

Qualifications

Barista and Food Preparation skills to efficiently craft beverages and light meals
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers and team members
Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all patrons
Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to learn and improve
Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is a plus

Salary - 15k - 20k (Depends on experience )
