Role Description

The Crew Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Responsibilities include preparing food and beverages, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and providing excellent customer service. The Crew Member will also handle transactions, assist with stock management, and support the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to handle cash transactions and basic knowledge of using a point-of-sale system.
Teamwork and time management skills to collaborate effectively and ensure timely service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask during peak service times.
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific needs of The Panini House's menu and standards of service.
