Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commi 1 role located in Surat. The Commi 1 is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food items under the supervision of senior chefs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining food preparation areas, ensuring proper food storage, following recipes accurately, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves supporting the kitchen team during busy periods and ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in food preparation and understanding of culinary techniques and recipes
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
