About the Company:

This organization is a fast-growing food manufacturing company specializing in ready-to-eat (RTE) and ready-to-cook (RTC) food products. The company focuses on quality, innovation, and maintaining high food safety standards through advanced manufacturing processes and strong compliance with global food regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) across manufacturing and packaging operations.
Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and export regulations, particularly EU market requirements.
Implement and maintain FSMS, HACCP, and BRCGS standards across the facility.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Support regulatory affairs, product development activities, and regulatory compliance processes.
Conduct food safety and hygiene training for food handlers and production teams.
Manage the customer complaint management system, investigate issues, and coordinate with QA and marketing teams for resolution.
Oversee packaging design modifications, new packaging approvals, and nutritive value declaration approvals.
Ensure proper documentation, destruction, and control of labels, returned products, packaging materials, and raw materials as per specifications.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in Food / FMCG Manufacturing, preferably in retort / RTE products such as gravies, pastes, or organic products.
Strong understanding of export quality standards and EU regulations.
Hands-on experience with FSMS, HACCP, BRCGS, CAPA, and RCA frameworks.
Experience handling quality audits, regulatory documentation, and compliance processes.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preference:
Candidates from the retort / RTE food processing industry will be strongly preferred, as the role requires someone who can start contributing quickly with minimal ramp-up time.
