Roles and Responsibilities
Manage purchase activities for residential projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve issues related to material availability, quality, and pricing.
Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for procurement processes.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases made by the company.
Must have Experience in contracts as well
