Key Responsibilities Visit clients/customers in the Surat area for timely collection of payments.
Maintain accurate collection records and provide regular updates to management.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth transactions.
Demonstrate self-initiative in managing field operations and resolving collection issues.
Adhere to company policies while representing the organization professionally.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
B.Com preferred.
Experience:
1–2 years in collections or related field (Freshers can also apply).
Local Market Knowledge: Must be familiar with the Surat market.
License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
