Technical Quality Assurance

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
Create and execute test cases based on requirements
Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Perform basic API and database testing
Collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment
Support release validation and quality sign-off
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC)
Experience in manual and automation testing tools
Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL

Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA / Azure Dev Ops or similar)
Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Domain experience in PMS applications

Junior QA Engineer / QA Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is eager to learn software testing and quality assurance. The candidate will work with the QA and development teams to test software applications and help ensure a smooth and error-free product release.

Key Responsibilities
Execute test cases as per given instructions
Perform basic manual testing on software applications
Identify and report bugs clearly to the QA lead or developer
Re-test issues after fixes are provided
Assist in smoke and regression testing
Understand basic software functionality and business flow
Support QA team during releases
Required Skills
Basic understanding of software testing concepts
Interest in learning QA tools and processes
Familiarity with web applications (browser testing, forms, workflows)
Basic computer and documentation skills
Good communication and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing (Postman)
Awareness of defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
Exposure to Agile / Scrum (not mandatory)
