Key Responsibilities
UX Responsibilities
Conduct user research and competitive analysis.
Create personas, user journeys, IA, wireframes, and UX flows.
Build prototypes, run usability tests, and refine designs.
Ensure seamless, intuitive, and user-first experiences.
UI Responsibilities
Design high-quality UI for web, mobile, and SaaS dashboards.
Build and maintain design systems and reusable components.
Create responsive, modern layouts and interactive prototypes.
Deliver clean, developer-ready UI files with consistency across modules.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, dev, and QA teams.
Use AI tools to improve design efficiency.
Mentor junior designers and support design decisions.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and brand consistency.
Support design QA and implement client feedback in Figma.
KPIs
UX flow quality and reduction in usability issues.
Pixel-perfect accuracy of UI vs. final development output.
Consistency and adoption of design system components.
Timely delivery of UX/UI outputs within sprints.
Improvements in accessibility, user engagement, and design QA scores.
