We are seeking a motivated Counselor Cum Center Manager for an evening shift to manage admission-related queries and provide guidance to prospective students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, a pleasant personality, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities Handle admission-related queries from students and parents.
Conduct tele-calling activities to engage and guide prospective students.
Maintain records of student interactions and admissions.
Motivate and assist students to make informed decisions.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for admissions and center operations.
Required
Skills & Qualifications Graduate or Undergraduate (fresher or experienced).
Excellent command over Hindi, Gujarati, and English .
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and proactive in handling responsibilities.
