Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

About the Role  Alltex Exim Pvt Ltd is seeking a  highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant  to support the Managing Director in managing daily priorities, strategic coordination, and executive communication.
This role requires someone who can operate with  discretion, structure, and ownership , acting as a trusted coordination point between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be someone who  brings clarity, discipline, and efficiency to a fast-paced leadership office.

Key Responsibilities  
• Manage the Director’s  calendar, meetings, priorities, and reminders  with strong attention to detail

• Coordinate  internal communications, reports, and follow-ups  across departments

• Organize  domestic and international travel , including itineraries, bookings, and documentation

• Prepare  meeting agendas, minutes, and track action points  to ensure execution

• Maintain  professional and confidential communication  on behalf of the Director

• Support preparation of  internal reports, presentations, and market updates

• Manage key relationship touchpoints with clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Ensure smooth daily operational coordination within the leadership office

Requirements  
• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred

• 2–5 years of experience  as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordination role preferred

• Proficiency in  Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced business environment
