Company Description PT. Sedaap Sejahtera Bersama adalah perusahaan yang menaungi brand SSB (Spesial Soto Boyolali) yaitu warung kuliner yang menawarkan menu soto khas Boyolali serta lauk pauk yang lengkap. PT. SSB sudah memilki 79 outlet yang tersebar dari Sumatera sampai Kalimantan dan Bali.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Supply Chain Management, located in Surakarta. The Head of Supply Chain Management will oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, optimizing operational processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, developing strategic plans for supply chain and procurement, and leading a team to achieve organizational objectives.

The individual will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistent quality and availability of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management
• Experience in Procurement processes and vendor relationship management
• Strong Team Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Familiarity with Customer Service practices and the ability to ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Analytical skills for performance evaluation and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
