Head of Warehouse ChaTraMue

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution to outlets.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and monthly stock opname.
• Manage warehouse layout to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with F&B standards.
• Supervise loading–unloading processes, inbound/outbound deliveries, and supplier receiving.
• Maintain product quality standards including seal condition, temperature control, and shelf-life checks.
• Develop and supervise warehouse staff: scheduling, SOP implementation, and work discipline.
• Coordinate with Operations and Procurement regarding stock requirements and forecasting.
• Control warehouse-related costs (shrinkage, damage, operational efficiency).

• Preferably have experience in F&B industry.
• Able to lead a team and manage high-volume operations.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS is a plus).
• Willing to work on-site and handle physical warehouse activities.
