Managing all facility-related functions, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upgrades to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality
Overseeing procurement, inventory management, and cost control procedures to ensure efficient resource utilsation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions
Monitoring key performance indicators and metrics, and providing insightful reports to senior management
Fostering a positive, customer‑centric culture and leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing operations team
Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company policies.
What we're looking for- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in managing multi-sport facilities, fitness centers, hotels, or recreational complexes.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration and customer service
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills to drive cost‑effective operations
- Proficient in utilising data and analytics to drive informed decision‑making
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in facility management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and sports associations.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Dynamic, energetic, and passionate about sports and wellness.
