We are looking for an IT Software Engineer based in Surabaya who will write, test, and maintain code for software applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop high‑quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs and provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for software applications.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support to stakeholders.
• Test and debug code to ensure it meets quality standards and is defect‑free together with the IT QA engineering team.
• Work with other developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate and involve in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve coding skills and software quality.
• Contribute to project / sprint planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of development tasks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements and propose innovative solutions.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or coding.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, React, React Native, Angular, PHP Laravel Lumen, Node.js, Xcode, etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
